Oracle Senior AI/ML Engineer in CASABLANCA, Morocco
Job Description
Location: Casablanca (onsite)
Design, develop, and maintain large language models (LLMs) to create a Generative AI application based on textual inputs, ensuring it meets the high standards required by Oracle.
Perform data processing, cleansing and quality verification (Data Engineering)
Ensure data curation by implementing proper labeling and classifications.
Leverage NLP techniques to categorize textual inputs while considering different aspects such as NL intent complexities etc.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying innovative techniques and methodologies to continually enhance our systems.
Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in the full lifecycle of the project, from conception through deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience developing machine learning algorithms.
Extensive knowledge of large language models and natural language processing techniques.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java
Good knowledge of PL/SQL is a must.
Experience with OpenSearch, Vector databases, Kafka Streaming.
Practical experience with the latest technologies in LLM and generative AI, such as parameter-efficient fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, and advanced prompt engineering techniques like Tree-of-Thoughts.
Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins
Experience with RAG based solutions architecture. Familiarity in OpenSearch and Vector stores as a knowledge store
Knowledge of LLM and experience delivering, Generative AI And Agent models are a significant plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software products within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
