Job Description

Project/Account Manager

Experienced and results-driven Project and Account Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and client accounts. Skilled in cultivating strong client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints. Proficient in identifying client needs, developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. Possesses exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

What you will do:

  • Manage client accounts by comprehending their needs, providing effective solutions, and maintaining regular communication.

  • Co-ordinate with Oracle different LOBs and consulting team supporting the booking for new oppetrtinitis in Morocco boosting move to the new OCI region in Morocco

  • Build local partner channels working with consulting team.

  • Collaborate with cross-technical and functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate project activities, allocate resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Controlling project budget, cash flow, Invoicing, margin, and resources.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, milestones achieved, and any changes in scope or timeline.

  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance against objectives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management or account management roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Large-scale project Management experience.

  • Previous experience in Oracle technology Products

  • Experience working in a client-facing role within a marketing or advertising industry.

Responsibilities

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in identifying and resolving major issues and risks impacting project success. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Ensures customer deliverables are acceptable, and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Manages the scope of medium to large-scale projects, and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
