About the Job

Lead coordination and planning for project activities to ensure that the processes run smoothly

Where needed, work directly with vendors to ensure cost-effective service utilization

Manage the interaction between engineering, product and other functions by identifying priorities, defining cross-functional achievements, and coordinating schedules.

Own project documentation, status tracking, and communication between collaborators to ensure delivery and overall project health

Contribute to an environment that's conducive to a great execution culture and removes obstacles to project completion

Assist in strengthening Agile Standard processes in the delivery of project outcomes

The pay range for this position is <$118,000 –$159,000>. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

What you will do

1-2 years of experience as a project manager including experience launching / completing projects and prior experience managing software projects through their full lifecycle

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, empathy for the needs of all collaborators

1-2 years of application development applying common front end frameworks(.net c#), database development

An appreciation for software engineering and product management practices and ability to advocate for collaborators and product owners as needed

Strong bias for action, demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity

Understand the agile delivery methodology.

What you need

  • 2 year degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related technical/engineering degree

  • Software development, particularly web-based

  • 2+ years experience managing Agile project delivery, knowledge of Agile (scrum/Kanban)

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to manage time-critical projects

  • Experience with OS365 suite of products

  • Ability to work effectively in teams and most importantly, work in a virtual environment

  • Personal integrity, always honest and an unfailing personal ethic of “doing the right thing"

What makes you a Standout

  • Fluency with any of the following tools: Jira, Confluence, OS365 suite, Atlassian APIs

  • Understanding of .net c# application development in an enterprise environment
