We are looking for Head of Customer Success to join our organization at Enlighted. This position will be hybrid and based in Cary, NC.

Position Overview:

In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for influencing all aspects of our customer journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for the sales process to the Account Management one. You will manage a team of dedicated professionals.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Lead and manage the customer success team, providing coaching and mentorship to optimize individual and team performance.

  • Develop and implement effective Sales/Account Management strategies and tactics aligned with company goals.

  • Engage with the Product team to develop strategies for upselling/cross-selling new products into existing customer base.

  • Develop account plans that maximize customer satisfaction while optimizing wallet share.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the smart building market, with a particular focus on lighting controls.

  • Take a data-driven approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success.

  • 3+ years of experience of the smart building industry, specifically lighting controls.

  • 3+ years of experience using Salesforce automation tools and CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the building technologies industry

  • The base salary range for this position is $98,980 - $169,680. Additionally, a commission plan is also part of the compensation package for this sales position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
