Description We are in the process of expanding our team with the addition of an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in CARY, North Carolina. This role is integral to our team, focusing on managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. The position is offered as a contract to hire employment opportunity, giving you the chance to grow within our organization over time.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary actions as required.

• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for effective management of accounts.

• Handle cash activity and billing functions with utmost accuracy and integrity.

• Leverage knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient job performance.

• Utilize skills in Epic Software for managing accounts receivable tasks.

• Assist in streamlining accounting functions for better efficiency.

• Handle any additional account-related tasks as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Proficiency in Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Comfortable with Cash Activity

• Experience in Cash Handling
