Develops, implements, and sustains IT solutions to business problems to improve business processes, develop systems and policies, improve user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will make an impact by...

• Identifies issues, troubleshoots and drives for the root cause based on application knowledge and expertise.

• Uses knowledge article to aid in problem resolution and contributes actively to the knowledge database.

• Assist with data management activities where mass update needed or when end user has limited privileges.

•Fulfills minor requests e.g. building dashboard, and reports. Participate in testing of features before release where required.

• Builds productive internal/external working relationships by having close follow-up and collaboration with stakeholders (solution architects/ vendors/ technology & operations teams) to resolve issues or requests raised in a timely manner and meeting agreed service levels as well as KPIs.

• Seeks to know and understand the key stakeholders. Applies sound judgement and escalates where necessary.

• Identify opportunities, participates and contributes actively to improvement initiatives (in collaboration with various stakeholders) that will bring about operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

• Takes responsibility to understand business strategies, processes, system design/function and its related integration. Knows business critical applications and processes; as well as business impacts when services are not available.

• Assesses business needs of assigned functional area; including but not limited to determining which business processes to re-engineer or automate.

• Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting

• Develops functional specifications for system features and reports.

• Documents technical design that will be used to implement features and reports.

• Performs end user training.

What you'll need (Required):

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, 4 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role or related experience Required.

•Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field, 2 years of related experience Required.

What else we look for (Preferred)

• 3-5 years of working experience in application support role.

• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator.

• 5+ year of experience configuring Salesforce.com platform.

• 1+ year of experience documenting requirements and articulating business analytical artefacts.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly matrixed and Agile environment with global IT teams, remote development teams and partners

• Experience using JIRA and ServiceNow.

• ITIL certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal relations, written & verbal communication skills.

• Organizational and project management skills a plus.

• Possess and display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility and detail-orientation.

• Ability to develop and maintain business and technical documentation.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Competent in handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and perform duties with minimal supervision.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies.

• Experience working with people with diverse experience, culture and time zone.

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to support interfaces with multiple systems.

• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.

• Prior experience working in complex global business environment.

• Experience managing small IT projects.

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
