We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Analyst with expertise in Navision 2017 and D365 CRM to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology solutions group, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics NAV solutions for our clients. Your proficiency in Power Apps will be essential in creating custom applications to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation:

• Analyze and understand client business processes to design and implement effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics NAV solutions.

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365/Navision modules to align with client requirements.

• Develop and implement Power Apps solutions to address unique business needs.

• System Integration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision with other enterprise systems.

• Ensure seamless data flow and functionality between different business applications.

• User Training and Support:

• Provide training to end-users on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision and Power Apps.

• Offer ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and optimize system performance.

• Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Maintain accurate records of system changes and user guides.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics NAV ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations to improve overall performance.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with clients to understand evolving business needs and provide solutions accordingly.

  Requirements

• Must Reside in the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area and be available for the occasional in-person meeting. Non-Local candidates will not be considered unless they're in the process of relocating to the Dallas / Fort Worth, TX Region.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Preferred but not required

• Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Dynamics NAV.

• Strong expertise in developing and deploying Power Apps solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of integration techniques and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Apps will be a plus.
