Your Role:

As a Preventative Maintenance Mechanic, you will support operations by efficiently and precisely providing preemptive repairs and equipment installations to prevent failures and ensure safety. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives

  • Replace and internally rebuild components on a schedule or as needed

  • Analyze equipment capabilities and process problems

  • Provide technical training to employees

Ultimately, you will play a very important part in our plant and will make an impact by recommending corrective action, policies, and improvement processes to ensure that we maintain an efficient operation. We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience as a plant qualified Mechanic, Team Leader, or Process Technician

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends

Icing on the cake:

  • Associates degree in a technical or related field

  • Knowledge of Root Cause analysis techniques
