Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines and equipment.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical.
Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, hydraulic motors, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
