The Home Delivery Specialist will be responsible for shipping inspection, scanning, and balancing resources based on department priorities following all company policies, safety guidelines and regulations. Analyze all serial numbers for products shipments to ensure accuracy and inventory control.

How You'll Create Possibilities

•Support daily operation to ensure workflow.

•Execute shipping inspection and serial scan for routes and containers.

•Accountable for inventory accuracy of all shipping transactions.

•Serves as a facilitator to the daily activities aligning priorities to meet daily tasks.

•Prepare inventory, place labels according to sales documents and load inventory to containers.

•Unload damaged inventory to designated area.

•Maintain and reconcile documents from installations, shipments, including Home Delivery (Tempco) and claims (returns and warranty).

•Support forklift drive and other warehouse activities when required.

•Maintain all areas clean and organized.

•Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without an accommodation, including, but not limited to: Constant sitting; frequent standing, walking, reaching at waist level, stooping, squatting, and fine motor dexterity; occasional reaching overhead, reaching at shoulder level, reaching at knee and floor level, bending, crouching, climbing stairs, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling, grasping, pinching, and driving (forklift vehicle, other). Handling and lifting parts and/or equipment – minimum 75 lbs. lifting, carrying 42 lbs., and pushing/pulling 170 lbf. is required.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

•Two Years College or associate degree preferable

•Strong computer skills (MS Office)

•Self-starter, strong energy, high motivation

•Ability to prioritize effectively

•Excellent verbal and communications skills

•Able to work under pressure

•Work schedule hours from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

•Two-year experience in operation area

•Forklift experience required

•Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control

•At least one-year experience dealing with customers
