Our client, a treatment center in Carmel, NY is looking for someone with strong janitorial experience, who can maintain both inside the building and grounds areas, experience cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, ability to clean outside walkways such as leaf removal/snow removal, maintain cleaning equipment and setting up for events as required which will align successfully in the organization.

What's in it for you?

• 17-18/hr., based on experience

• First shift schedule Sun-Thurs 8am-430pm

• Temp-Perm Opportunity

What will you be doing?

-Maintain building and grounds

-Remove garbage from building and all interior and exterior receptacles and place in compactor.

-Install and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment --Provide patient transportation as required.

-Set up equipment needed for any special events.

-Secure building (locks/unlocks) according to shift duties.

-Garbage removal as assigned. -

-Maintain grounds, sweeps walks, rake leaves, cut grass, snow and other incidental seasonal tasks

-Ability to mop, strip and wax floors spray and buff.
