Job Description:

Account Manager (Sales & Revenue Generation, Customer Support)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Prospect and acquire new dealers and clients through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall revenue growth.

Territory Planning:

• Develop and implement effective territory plans, considering market dynamics and client profiles.

• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to serving clients.

• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.

Requirements

Education, Skills, and Experience

Sales experience inside or outside sales

Degree (B.A or AA) from a college or university desired

Training and or Knowledge in the agriculture, or farming desired

Customer service and follow skills
