Description We are looking to bring an Office Manager on board at our location in Carmel, California. This role primarily involves providing hands-on management support, overseeing administrative and clerical operations, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. You will be working in the animal healthcare industry, and your work will be conducted onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Human Resource duties such as employee onboarding and offboarding

• Oversee the administrative and clerical operations of the office

• Manage employee training and revision of the employee handbook

• Ensure compliance with company-required permits, OSHA training, and pharmaceutical regulations

• Interpret financial software reports and oversee invoicing as well as accounts receivable

• Create personnel files and assign equipment or uniforms

• Submit necessary paperwork and file injury reports

• Provide support for employee inquiries and resolve any issues

• Run monthly reports as needed

• Verify employment requests and handle I-9s

This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Knowledge of Concur software is required

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience with Dentrix Dental Software is an advantage

• Proficient in using About Time software

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage answering inbound calls effectively

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
