Customer Service Representative

THE VITAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our CSR, you'll represent Pioneer Bank with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring each customer receives prompt, efficient, and accurate service.Your ability to connect with others and maintain a cheerful demeanor will be key as you assist customers with their banking needs, from processing transactions to answering inquiries about accounts.You will have the opportunity to cross-sell our range of products and services, offering insightful advice on account statuses and addressing any questions customers may have. Having a deep understanding of our customer service policies and procedures will enable you to provide clear and knowledgeable support.You'll enthusiastically present our Tell-Friend Coupon and recommend the best checking account options to customers, leveraging our HPC incentives and promotions to attract new business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods when providing customer service.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and a 10-key calculator by touch.
• Ability to relate and empathize with others while maintaining a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
• Ability to read and legibly write up documents for customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills

Having at least 2 or more years of relative job experience is a plus!
