Our Direct client, Telecom Indusry is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, ensuring they meet quality standards. This role requires using various inspection tools and generating reports on non-conforming materials.

Quality Control Inspector

Location: Carlsbad CA

Contract 12+ Months

Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products using tools like microscopes, micrometers, and CMM.

• Understand and apply accept/reject criteria for inspections.

• Generate and communicate NCMRs for rejected materials.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read prints and drawings.

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Familiarity with AQL sampling plans.

• Good communication skills.

• 2-4 years of experience in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree a plus.

• IPC certification a plus.
