If you possess a deep understanding of Human Resources and a passion for fostering productive work environments, we want to talk to you! Our client is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in sunny Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Direct HR policies and programs concerning employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety, performance, and staffing levels.

• Collaborate with the HR team to implement operational strategies improving employee experience.

• Resolve issues related to unemployment claims, employee complaints, and harassment allegations.

• Plan and oversee employee training sessions and seminars

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, business administration, finance, or related field of study.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within Human Resources.

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a strong plus.
