Description

Our esteemed client seeks a highly organized and diligent HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $23-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The HR Coordinator will support HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, file maintenance, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure their accuracy and timely updates.

  • Coordinate HR projects, such as meetings, training, and surveys.

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs such as benefits, leave, safety, and training.

  • Provide support for conflict resolution within the company.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role.

  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
