Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will be accountable for developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client portfolios.

• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with strategic planning & value-added support.

• Handle customer queries in a timely and effective manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to address customer needs.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details, notes, and potential opportunities.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer support role.

• Exceptional communication skills and customer-centric attitude.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field.

• Professional experience in tech or software industries (preferred).
