Salary:$108,000-$120,000

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Project Manager to join our transportation team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll do:

Perform essential project and divisional duties including:

  • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Promoting our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture.

  • Contributing to project planning.

  • Tracking and controlling costs and labor on one or many complex construction projects.

  • Maintaining customer relationships. Coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers.

  • Ensuring contract compliance.

  • Executing a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle.

Who you are:

We are pursuing experienced professionals with the following qualifications:

  • This position requires a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Systems Engineering, another construction related major, or in a closely related field, plus 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in a closely related occupation.

  • Required skills/expertise/knowledge of:

    o 3 Years of Experience Testing and Commissioning of Rail Systems.

    o 3 Years of Experience Managing Subcontractors.

    o 3 Years of Experience with Change Documents, submittals, and schedules.

    o Design Build Experience.

    o Knowledge Of Codes Including Arema (Volume 1-4) and Nfpa.

    o Primavera P-6 Scheduling.

  • Must possess expertise/ knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered.

  • Expertise/ knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/ knowledge cannot be "quantified” by "time".
