We are seeking a motivated self-starter to lead our end-to-end promotions processes and directly impact how we drive value with our customers.

In this role, you are the central leader across the end-to-end promotions process. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing roadmaps, delivering cohesive value driven CX plans through multiple cross-functional teams, and leveraging stakeholders to measurably improve promotion quality and efficiency. This role is highly visible and directly responsible for influencing many levels of leadership across product, finance, vendor management, operations, and tech teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong customer experience background, intuition, business and product sense combined with solid understanding of technical concepts and prioritization. You must also be passionate about building and iterating indirectly through cross-functional teams. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and deliver customer-focused product and programs with broad cross-functional business impact

  • Bring strong, data-driven business and strategic judgment to decisions

  • Develop business requirements, manage milestones, prioritization, and overall roadmap

  • Drive automation and standardization cross-functionally

  • Lead with a continuous improvement mindset across all aspects promotions planning, operations, and execution

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Program, project, or product management experience

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • Senior experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional project

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
