Summary:

The Accounting Services Supervisor position is responsible for supervising accounts receivable and banking functions for all Drury Hotels.  This includes supervising the following: processing monthly reconciliations of multiple cash and credit card bank accounts; recording of bank charges and card processing fees; posting and management of credit card chargebacks / returned checks; and administering electronic gift certificates.  This position requires a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with team members, vendors & guests.  

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/ or Finance required.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience required.

  • Corporate account reconciliation experience preferred.

  • Workday experience preferred.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

  • Proficiency in or knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office products. Must have the ability to perform data entry with efficiency and accuracy. 

  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.

  • Keen attention to detail in drafting and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Articulate and persuasive communicator.
