Required Education and Experience

• Five (5+) years manufacturing/machining experience with using ERP systems, and estimating or quoting in an aerospace manufacturing environment, or another relevant industry.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Thorough understanding of GDandT
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, specifically fabrication practices required in the production of aerospace parts.
• Experience working with CAD models, applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services is preferred.
• Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Shift/Schedule This position is for the 1st shift generally working 7:00am-3:30pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Generation of detailed work instructions, job travelers, and other planning documents.
• Assist in the generation of customer quotes using ERP system. This includes reading and interpretation of customer supplied 2-D drawings, sketches, CAD models and specifications.
• Generation of bill of materials from customer supplied engineering
• Adhere to all Quality Management Systems standards and procedures
• Other duties as assigned**

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Estimator is responsible for reading and interpretation of customer supplied 2-D drawings, sketches, CAD models and specifications and providing customer quotes using the data provided.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
