Job Summary:

In this role, you will lead a team to manage several Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) such as Q4Safety, SmartCompletions, etc. You will lead automation initiatives, site assessments, planning, startup policy development, and documentation preparation and maintenance. Your technical direction will identify, coordinate, and champion opportunities for new or improved work processes.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages several Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) such as Q4Safety, SmartCompletions etc.

  • Leads automation initiatives to fully integrate startup into cross function work processes interfaces to implement IWPPs

  • Supports site automation assessments

  • Identifies, co-ordinates and champions opportunities for new or improved work processes

  • Provides technical and administrative direction to several Product Managers or User Product Managers

  • Manages the preparation and maintenance of the application documentation and User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans

  • Assists in the development of startup policies related to automation issues

  • Provides assistance to project team members on all startup automation related matters

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals​

  • Provides guidance to and works collaboratively with subordinates within the latitude of established company policies​

  • Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s)
