Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day Service Parts Sales and Warranty activity for all direct and indirect inquiries from customers. The primary inside sales representative with customers for the ordering, manufacture, and timely shipment of parts orders. Ensures customers are satisfied with appropriate delivery, quality, and price levels. Processes electronic warranty requests through company channels for customer resolution.
