Company is looking for CNC set up technicians and programmers to join their team. Company is a leading manufacturer of fastener solutions, engineered solutions, plastic solutions and additive solutions for automotive, heavy truck, and other diverse industries. This is a high volume high production position. They have 10 robo drills, 30 sugami swiss turning machines, murata twin spindle machines, citizen and acme screw machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• CNC Set Up Experience (1-2 years) on mill or lathe machines

• Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges (1 year)

• Ability to read and understand blueprints or work instructions

• Basic computer skills for logging data

• Ability to complete tool changes and offsets

Nice to Have:

• Set up experience on Swiss style machines (operating or setting up)

• Set up experience on Robo Drills (operating or setting up)

• Set up experience on automated grinders (operating or setting up)

• Quality Inspection

• Experience with Fanuc controls
