Responsibilities:

Conduct phone screenings to evaluate potential candidates

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Coordinate HR-related documentation and communications

Support additional HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

1+ years of HR experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
