Our ideal candidates will have knowledge and training in behavioral, redirection, and direct support. We provide service for clients in Washington, Fayette, Greene, Armstrong, Alleghany, and Beaver counties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders

• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

• Implement care plans and maintain documentation of services provided

• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information

Experience:

• 1 year paid Experience in home care, direct support, caregiving, childcare, or social work

• Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus

-No high school diploma/GED required
