Position Overview:

Expression of Interest: Program Manager - Intelligence, Situation Awareness, and Targeting

Are you ready to lead at the forefront of intelligence-driven defense solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to oversee our Intelligence, Situation Awareness, and Targeting initiatives, focusing on cutting-edge software applications acquired through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) from the United States.

Role Overview:

As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing our intelligence capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and operation of critical software applications crucial for national defense. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing situational awareness and targeting effectiveness, empowering our defense forces with the most advanced tools available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate complex programs related to intelligence, situation awareness, and targeting.

  • Manage all aspects of program delivery, from planning and execution to evaluation and reporting.

  • Foster effective collaboration between internal teams, stakeholders, and international partners to achieve program objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with ITAR requirements and maintain a deep understanding of ASDEFCON frameworks.

  • Oversee the acquisition, integration, and maintenance of software applications acquired via Foreign Military Sales (FMS).

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in intelligence processes and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management within defense, specifically in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) or related fields.

  • In-depth knowledge of software applications typically acquired through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) from the United States.

  • Familiarity with ITAR regulations and experience working within ASDEFCON frameworks.

  • Hold current NV2 or TSPV security clearance.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
