What’s a typical day as a Weight Master? You’ll be:

• Completing all paperwork in a clear, legible manner.

• Performing accurate and timely weighing of truckloads of grapes, raisins, and various inbound materials used in the winemaking process.

• Preparing various reports related to weighing and record keeping.

• Processing weigh tags and calculating net weight.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas.

• Reporting any unsanitary conditions to the Supervisor.

• Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Have basic math skills, 10-key data entry, and auditing skills.

• Can lift and move standard office equipment and supplies up to 10 pounds.

• Have experience working in a team environment.

• Are proficient in using office equipment such as copy machines, telephones, and ten-key adding machines.

• Are willing to work a seven-day workweek, eight to twelve hours per day when necessary.

• Have good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
