Work Location: Canandaigua Schedule: M-F Day hours with flexibility to meet program needs

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the supervision of the Facilities staff in completion of a variety of maintenance services on a routine and as-needed basis to include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical services.

  • Performs a variety of maintenance services on a routine and as needed basis to include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical services. Completes work orders in a timely manner, based on urgency of the need.

  • Assists with the coordination of assignment, scheduling and completion of Work Orders. Communicates with site managers to determine work plans and schedules that meet the needs of the people we support and program operations.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a combination of over five (5) years' experience in general maintenance, building trades or custodial services, including one (1) year of supervisory experience or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.

  • Must meet agency vehicle certification requirements and possess a clean driving record.
