Position Summary:

This position will provide implementation and consultative performance to drive sales support for Digital dental practices, including case utilization, marketing, product and service quality enhancement and financial cost controls Up to 65% travel time required.

Kery Responsibilities:

• Integrate SureSmile and CAD/CAM technologies, identify opportunities and increase sales for SureSmile, CAD/CAM and Implant business. Maintain high levels of communications with key accounts to enhance our business partnerships

• Liaise between DS Implants and DS Equipment and CAD/CAM to develop programs and present the total Digital solutions on Intraoral/Extraoral scanning, Sure Smile and Implant planning and guide utilization to outsource/insource workflow.

• This would include CEREC users conversion program – to Atlantis- SureSmile and or DS implants usage

• Conduct training programs designed to educate the proper use and application of equipment, products and materials including Dentsply Sirona Product portfolio and synergy of DS chairside workflows

• Consult and collaborates with respective Territory Managers to capitalize on the business opportunities

Education, Experience and skills:

• University degree (preferred)

• 2+ years’ experience in Dental – laboratory – CAD/CAM or Orthodontic Industry required

• Consulting, Training, and Process Improvement experience required

• Excellent consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Initiative and ownership to ensure timely and efficient response to practice requests

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on consultative customer communication

• High level of professionalism and diplomacy

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Proven performer individually and in a team environment
