POSITION SUMMARY. Position provides uniform support to Team Members by ensuring appropriate inventory of uniforms are available and ready to issue, monitors and tracks uniform returns, prepares uniform orders, reconciles billings related to direct-buy and rental uniforms, and prepares necessary reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Issue uniforms and collect uniform returns while maintaining accurate, up-to-date uniform inventory records.

{=html} <!-- --> - Prepare uniform orders (direct buy and rental) and reconcile vendor invoices for payment.

{=html} <!-- --> - Develop appropriate par levels by uniform type and size to meet business demands within budget requirements.

{=html} <!-- --> - Coordinate uniform rotation to/from laundry services.

{=html} <!-- --> - Inspect uniforms (incoming, returns, laundry in/out) for defects, damage, stains and route for repair, return, and/or disposal with appropriate tracking forms.
