Description

SAIC is seeking a Project Manager located in Oahu, HI to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Regional Joint Training Infrastructure (RJTI) Program for USINDOPACOM at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) to oversee and manage a project under the PMTEC RJTI program by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-domain training and experimentation activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Oversee and manage a project under the PMTEC RJTI program, ensuring alignment with USINDOPACOM's strategic objectives.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-domain training and experimentation activities.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Decompose the large project scope into manageable pieces, ensuring efficient project execution.

  • Organize and execute projects while working with a diverse team of employees and partners.

  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including military and civilian personnel, to ensure seamless program execution.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Prepare and present regular status reports and briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintain a flexible demeanor and willingness to support other duties as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Five (5) years or more of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a military or defense environment.

  • Strong understanding of multi-domain training and experimentation principles.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and within a diverse team.

  • Familiarity with USINDOPACOM's mission and operations.

  • Knowledge of how to organize and execute projects while working with a diverse team of employees and partners.

  • Must be able to obtain a Passport and be willing to travel up to 25%.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must have an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

  • Must be a current U.S. Citizen.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
