• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and provide resolutions

• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs

• Track and report customer feedback

• Assist in training new team members

  Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Experience with CRM software

• Strong attention to detail
