U.S. Marine Corps DPRI PROGRAM MANAGER in Camp Foster, Japan

Summary You will serve as a DPRI PROGRAM MANAGER in the G-9 Directorate ofIII MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE . ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Responsibilities You will serve as commander's subject matter expert on the development and implementation guidance for accomplishing all planning related to DPRI implementation plans for Okinawa, Hawaii, mainland Japan, and Guam. You will exercise leadership in the management and direction of the DPRI section and its overall mission accomplishment with the III MEF G-9 Directorate. You will develop planning guidance for others to implement and will be required to manage emerging planning requirements through the execution of operational planning teams. You will coordinate the review of higher authority directives and statements of policy, and joint/service/combined doctrine that relate to command involvement in the DPRI deliberate planning process You will implement, coordinate, and manage the program to achieve objectives to include mid- to long-range operational planning. You will develop, review, and monitor all DPRI operational and concept plans, including Time Phases Force Deployment Data lists (TPFDDs). Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing expert knowledge of the Defense Policy Review Initiative and Program of Record, as well as planning and executing major program operations, managing and supervising planning teams that solve complex program issues, extensive knowledge in military and foreign government construction planning, experience in working with foreign governments, and experience assisting senior leadership in coordinating significant program and policy development. Conditions of Employment continued: You will be required to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal. You will be required to perform temporary duty at locations other than my permanent duty station which may include travel by military or commercial aircraft/flights. Commute area is defined as the geographic area surrounding the duty location in which people can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily.
