Essential Job Duties

• Dusts and cleans the ATM machines as needed

• Responsible for maintaining the grounds by performing the following duties:

• Sweeping outside entrances to bank and motor bank as needed

• Keeping sidewalks clean, and free of grass or weeds

• Ensuring cleanliness of parking lots as needed

• Keeping the Motor Bank drive-through areas clean

• Keeping absorbent material on oil spills where needed

• Keeping all trash picked up around the buildings and parking lots

• The Bank may have Other Real Estate Owned from time-to-time, and the property and grounds thereof will need to be maintained

• Real Estate Property of the Bank is to be maintained at all times (e.g., Lodge building).

• Bank Vehicles responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Cleaning the Bank vehicles

• Having vehicle serviced as needed

• Maintaining fuel levels in Bank vehicle

• Ensuring proper documentation of employee use, including destination and mileage logs

• Bank Building responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• Vacuuming both vaults, cleaning mirrors, and dusting vault counters as needed

• Cleaning and polishing vault doors as needed

• Cleaning the mantrap as needed

• Servicing the Air Conditioner drains monthly with Clorox mixture

• Works with vendors at all branches relating to Air Conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc. upon direction of Faculties Manager/Security Officer.

• Maintaining supplies, keeping them stored, and in order

• Pulling supplies and delivering to branches as needed

• Helping with removal and destruction of old records as needed

• Courier Responsibilities include driving to all branches to make deliveries and pick up work in bank vehicle.

• Helping with Christmas decorations by bringing the trees and decorations downstairs, and returning them to storage at the end of the season

• Defrosting refrigerator and icemaker as needed

• Maintaining the water and ice machines

• Replacing lights bulbs and air conditioner filters as needed for all locations

• Maintaining clean light fixtures, ceiling tiles, and A/C grates.

• Ensure flags at all locations are in good shape and replace as needed

• Cleaning up lobby in emergency situations

• Helping with parties and special events

• Moving furniture and equipment as needed

• Basic landscaping, trimming, and pruning

• Perform general maintenance as needed

• Other duties as assigned

  Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Maintenance experience preferred

  Working Conditions

• Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms

• Requires corrected hearing in normal range of effective communication via telephone and alarms

• Requires the ability to work at heights and frequently climb ladders to access equipment and areas in need of maintenance or repair.

• May be required to either sit or stand for long periods of time

• May occasionally lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
