Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Camden, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will handle a variety of tasks related to payroll processing and employee benefits reconciliation. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Paycom software.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for a significant number of employees with accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize Paycom software to manage payroll operations

• Regularly monitor and update employee information in the system as required

• Reconcile employee benefits to the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date

• Ensure all employee information is promptly updated and accurate

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting functions

• Manage the check processing system effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for managing and analyzing data.

• Sound understanding of accounting functions to ensure accurate financial records.

• Knowledge of benefit functions to help manage employee benefits and compensation.

• Proficiency in using Paycom software to streamline payroll processes.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
