We are looking for a Dynamic Water Distribution Operations Manager for the Contract Services Group! Please apply for immediate consideration. Primary Role The Water Distribution Operations Manager is primarily responsible for the planning and delivery of all water operations and maintenance activities required under the service agreement contract, including but not limited to valve and fire hydrant operation and maintenance as required by the New Jersey Water Quality Accountability Act ("NJWQAA"), tracking key elements of non-revenue water, planning and execution of leak survey program. Key Accountabilities * Responsible for ensuring appropriate health and safety measures are established and carried out in system operations and maintenance. * Directly or indirectly supervises all staff assigned to their management purview. Demonstrates visible "leadership by example" utilizing participative management involving employees and teamwork whenever possible.
