Apply TODAY for immediate consideration!Primary Role Leads the end to end preparation and development of complex financial analysis and the compliance reporting requirements for multiple states to support state/operational business partners in all rate and regulatory matters. Owns the completion of exhibits, work papers, interrogatories, and writing testimony to sponsor in a timely and accurate fashion. Leads preparing regulatory reports, financial information and operational data necessary for filing complete and timely rate applications and reports to state regulatory commissions. Also provides complex technical solutions and analysis on national issues. Supports the calculation of the revenue requirement with increasing responsibility, from small state rate cases to more complex rate cases, with the goal of final ownership of the revenue requirement.Key Accountabilities * Prepare analysis that supports operational/state business partners in the filing of base rate cases and alternative regulatory mechanisms (DSIC, RAC, trackers, etc). Ensure the financial support is complete, accurate and timely prepared meeting all filing deadlines. * Own the end to end preparation and development of more complex pro forma adjustments that are relied upon to support base rate case requests and alternative regulatory mechanisms. * Prepare accurate rate case support schedules, testimony and exhibits for complex issues. Prepares written testimony (written and oral) and sponsors complex adjustments in rate filings. * Provides technical solutions and analysis on national issues. * Prepares responses to interrogatories for schedules and exhibits they own and assists and mentors other regulatory analysts in their development. * Prepares the revenue requirement calculation.
