Lockheed Martin Technician Prod Test Sr - Camden, AR in Camden, Arkansas

Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is currently seeking a Technician Prod Test Sr. to join our team due to growth at our East Camden, Arkansas, facility.

In this role, you will work with a team of technician(s) to test, troubleshoot and help to resolve issues on various types of hardware ranging from missile guidance sets and full-up missiles and launch containers, and to large wheeled-and-tracked military vehicles.

Tests may involve any manner of variables, including but not limited to: pressure, vacuum, load testing, electronic and physical functionality, and hydraulic/pneumatic operations. Processes may include the use of hand tools to maintain test equipment, use of hand and torque tools for installation of missile or vehicle components, and the mating and de-mating of electronic contacts and cables.

Using both computerized test stations and handheld instruments such as digital voltmeters/ohmmeters, the Test Technician will regularly liaise with Production Engineering located offsite as well as local engineering groups to troubleshoot, determine, and accurately document the causes of various test failures. Interface with the US Government customer is frequently required in this position.

NOTE: This position MAY involve working in an Explosive environment.

This position is established as a flexible role – the Technician Prod Test Sr. may be assigned to any program at the LMMFC-Camden site, depending upon critical need.

The current work schedule at the Camden facility is 4-10 hour days. However all Camden programs may work paid overtime relative to current schedules to meet Production needs, as required. With some exceptions, Travel is generally NOT REQUIRED.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 1 Year of experience.

• Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance is required for this position.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM)

• Familiarity with advanced test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital power supplies, signal generators, digital multimeters

• Familiarity with mate/demate of electrical contacts and connectors

• Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge and ESD mitigation principles

• Familiarity working in a “teaming” environment

• Good communication skills, including interface with USG Customer

• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9000 systems a plus

• Basic blueprint reading / understanding of schematics a plus

• Previous experience using automated test equipment a plus

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite a plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
