Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Camden, Arkansas is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Quality Engineer on the PAC-3 missile program. In this role you will use engineering skills to evaluate and improve existing processes and use troubleshooting skills to determine root cause of non-conformances and prevent recurrence. You will support the sustainment line, establish quality requirements by reading and interpreting drawing, specifications, and standards, write work instructions, evaluate product for conformance to requirements, and document non-conformances. This is a full-time, on-site position. You must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math, or equivalent experience

Excellent communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Good presentation skills

Knowledge of Quality systems, demonstrated use of problem solving, troubleshooting tools, and root cause & corrective action analysis skills

Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance therefore must be a US Citizen

Desired Skills:

Engineering or other technical degree

Manufacturing environment process improvement experience

Quality Engineering experience

Troubleshooting, root cause and corrective action analysis

AS9102 First Article Inspection

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of SAP and MRO

Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
