Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is looking for an entry level professional for the role of Quality Engineer on the PAC-3 missile program at the Camden, Arkansas campus. In this position, the successful candidate will: Support production line, read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards, establish quality requirements, write work instructions, evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non-conformances, train and support inspectors, apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances, evaluate existing quality processes, and use engineering skills to make improvements

This job is a full-time, on-site position. You must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline

US citizen and ability to acquire and maintain a US security clearance.

Desired Skills:

Prefer Engineering degree such as industrial but open to other engineering disciplines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
