Location: Located in Camden, Arkansas with regular contact with other Armtec Business Units

Job Summary
- Finance leader at the Arkansas Flares business unit.
- Manage all Accounting and Finance functions and personnel.
- Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: Inventory Costing, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Daily Reporting, Business Analysis, Sox Compliance, and Audit Liaison.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leads the monthly closing, financial reporting and analysis in a three-day reporting schedule
- Oversees financial reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages.
- Leads the forecasting and budget processes
- Participates in cost productivity reviews and savings validations
- Manages internal and external audits, including DCAA and DCMA
- Monitors operational activities for compliance with internal control procedures and SOX requirements
- Preparation and analysis of support for forward pricing rates: overhead burden rates, G&A rates and Cost of Money rates.
- Preparation and analysis of Bids and Proposals, in coordination with Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master\'s degree in Accounting. Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience. CPA or CMA preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing company required. Large or mid-sized corporate accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting required.
- Demonstrated ability to thoroughly understand a business\'s strategy and determine linkages to financial initiatives and drivers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel.
- Must be a U.S. person.
- Experience with a manufacturing defense contractor with FAR and CAS knowledge strongly preferred.
