Front-Desk Receptionist needed in the Cambridge area on a long-term, temporary opportunity. This job is a part-time/job-share opportunity for approximately 16 to 24 hours per week. Must be flexible and able to work any day of the week (Monday-Friday) from 8:00-4:30 pm. Pay rate is $15.72/hour.

Receptionist will greet in-person and on the phone, answer inquiries, provide information to customers and public.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Answer and direct calls for multi-line phone system

· Greet visitors, maintain visitors log and safety orientation logs

· Proficient use in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) to perform administrative support tasks such as mailing labels, folders, proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, take meeting notes, work with records, spreadsheets or other documents.

· Collect, sort, distribute or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

· Process and prepare memos, correspondence, manuals/books, travel vouchers or other documents.

· Plan and organize business meetings or luncheons as primary event planner

· Order supplies; maintain areas with supplies as needed

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

· Minimum 1-3 years clerical experience

· MS Office Suite

· High School Diploma or GED

Pay Details: $15.72 per hour
