This position will primarily serve adults with disabilities in the community. Our programs provide support for individuals with varying abilities in finding and maintaining successful, integrated employment in the community

Work with consumers to assist in identifying areas of interest related to employment. Communicates with employers to monitor progress of consumers performance on the job. Communicates with employers to help and support consumers to assist with successful employment. Provides service coordination to community consumers in the Delmarva Works day program. Attends PCP team meetings to review and discuss progress on consumer outcomes. Develops required service implementation plans (SIP) for day program consumers. Develops required competitive integrated employment forms for consumers in integrated employment. Monitors consumer progress on yearly goal and outcomes. Communicate with local DORS office regarding referrals for virtual employment class and conduct virtual class. Communicates with local DORS office regarding referrals for pre-employment training class and monitors consumers at individual work placements.

Assists day program staff with career exploration for consumers. Assist day program staff with activities and volunteer opportunities for consumers in the day program. Completes required bi yearly integrated employment reports for DDA. Works with day program staff to complete payroll for consumers participating in career exploration. Works with day program staff to assure that vehicle mileage sheets are forwarded to DCT office. Offers support to Delmarva Works consumers and staff. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
