Technical Product Manager, Data Integration (Cambridge, MA)
As the Technical Product Manager for Data Integration and Management, you will ensure the continued success and growth of the connectivity and integration strategy to meet mission critical data sharing needs of leading healthcare organizations, while expanding the types of deployments and integrations the solution can support, to include deployment into cloud environments managed by the customer and by Philips Clinical Integration and Insights (CI&I) business.
Your role:
Envision and maintain a strategic roadmap to meet industry direction, define market use cases, and collaborate closely with the other members of the product management team & key R&D team members to make the roadmap come to life. This includes being an expert on how data management and integration can add value to and expand customer utilization of the Philips Medical Device Integration (MDI) portfolio.
Responsible for the global upstream technical product management for data management and integration of the MDI portfolio, medical device drivers or solution lifecycle—including definition of the strategy, prioritization, and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.
Cultivate relationships with selected healthcare technology solution vendors, device manufacturers, and key customer/prospects to drive new use cases. Work with the Sales team and clients to foster success in medical device integration data management and integration as the basis for white papers or solution-related research in collaboration with our customers.
Develop requirements for advanced integration, multi-feed processing pipelines, activating waveforms, and collaborating with partners to help them integrate data, helping to onboard.
Drive lifecycle management and market readiness as part of the product development and launch process, completing appropriate deliverables. Analyze the market, competition, and trends on enterprise level across segment technologies to ensure the portfolio is leading the market’s expectations with data management and integration.
Requires the ability to travel, up to 20%, including internationally.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 4+ years of global technical product management experience, managing data integration and management solutions, used often or exclusively in healthcare facilities.
Your skills include:
Experience with medical device integration/interoperability and/or medical device products.
Experience developing requirements for advanced integration, multi-feed processing pipelines, and activating waveforms.
Experience with integration standards of the industry (HL7, IHE, FHIR, etc.), preferred.
Experience with products incorporating wired and wireless networking technologies.
Experience with issues associated with product cybersecurity and data privacy.
Experience with value proposition creation.
Ability to prepare and deliver complex product and solution presentations in an understandable way for hospital customer stakeholders in technical, clinical, and administrative roles.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $106,680 to $170,688.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
