In this exciting role, you'll play a key part in our Procurement 360 Program, focusing on two crucial areas: developing and refining the Supplier Onboarding and Data Management Process, and specifying requirements for Procurement Analytics Reporting. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that our processes and analytics not only meet user needs but also reflect the realities of our operations.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, Job duties include:

• Develop and refine the Supplier Onboarding and Change Process by identifying common steps and variations to create a comprehensive end-to-end view.

• Align stakeholders to ensure the process reflects current practices and aligns with existing work instructions.

• Engage with users to gather insights and understand their reporting needs.

• Create detailed specifications for analytics that meet user requirements.

• Collaborate with the Technical Development Team to translate business specifications into technical requirements.

• As assigned, develop training materials to support the implementation of new processes and tools.

Skills:

• 5+ years of proven experience with Supplier and Procurement Data.

• Demonstrated skills in Business Process Mapping.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
