Regional Activation Director - Hospital Patient Monitoring – Cambridge, MA

Are you passionate about building a high-impact marketing strategy? Are you an expert in creating annual activation plans, growing thought leadership, building compelling content and executing customer events? Do you bring complex solutions to life through storytelling?

Your role:

  • Lead a team of activation experts (Campaign, Content, Design, Events) to define the go-to-market strategy and build and execute the annual activation plan

  • Partner with product leaders, global marketing, and Marketing CoEs to launch new products, execute campaigns, and create or localize content for North America Marketing and Sales

  • Build a Marketing activation capability journey for the team

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 15+ years of experience in Campaign Planning & Activation or related functions

  • Your skills include experience in marketing within healthcare, medical technology products or solutions

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree preferred

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

  • Expertise at leading marketing teams, results-oriented and possess commercial thinking skills
