Our Team & Your Role:

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external & internal hiring (20K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Recruitment is delivered through a Hybrid model, a mix of specialized internal recruiters and external RPO providers.

This role in the Talent Office COE reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition is part of the TA Leadership team. Additionally, the role is fully embedded in the Specialty Care P&C Leadership team and closely partners with Talent Management, Workforce Planning, P&C Business Partners.

This position is scheduled to be based within Bridgewater, N.J. or Cambridge, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

You will have ownership of Specialty Care Talent Acquisition & act as the Global Single point of Contact for all recruitment related topics. Your main responsibilities include:

  • You will drive the Global recruitment strategy for Specialty Care (with a special focus on Immunology) to deliver on our Play to Win priorities & be a be a strategic talent advisor to Specialty Care leadership

  • You will support the P&C BPs on workforce planning and translate strategic workforce plans into hiring plans which are actionable by the regional Talent teams.

  • You will facilitate and engage the Specialty Care TA network across the geographies: provide business insights, cascade global initiatives, share best practices & as needed, implement harmonized approaches across organization

  • You will work closely with the Executive Recruitment team on best practices (search, interviewing, industry insights etc.) anticipating trends in talent acquisition, develop a roadmap & strategy

  • You will directly lead selected executive searches if needed with the business (with sourcing support)

  • You will actively promote the development of a diverse and inclusive workforce to deliver on the diversity ambitions of the organization.

  • You will be responsible for building and maintain a well-developed external talent pool for business-critical roles (along with the Executive Scouting team & Talent Management):

  • Understand the gaps of succession plan and prioritize critical roles

  • Design, implement and deliver talent scouting plans

  • Conduct mapping projects

  • You will consolidate, analyze and interpret relevant TA Metrics (with support from TA operations) and drive continuous improvement within Spec Care recruitment

  • You will contribute to the larger Global Talent Acquisition Agenda as part of the leadership team

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced Degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 12 years of professional business experience is required.

  • Prior experience working within our supporting the Specialty Care business is beneficial to this position, as it current or prior experience within Talent Acquisitions/Talent Management and/or direct Business experience.

  • This position may require up to 20% overall travel
