  • Process payment requests, including paying invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash replenishment.

  • Process payments and onboarding requests to vendors on time and reconcile vendor statements.

  • Collaborate with internal A.R.T. stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and address vendor inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Investigate and resolve problems concerning invoice processes, vendor onboarding, lost checks, duplicate payments, and vendor payment inquiries.

  • Review, code, and oversee policy compliance for purchasing and corporate card activity in Concur.

  • Process incoming checks and payment wires.

  • Monitor University reporting system for accuracy, pursuing any variances to resolution.

  • Develop and maintain robust record-keeping and tracking systems to ensure correct and up-to-date accounts payable documentation, compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and the accuracy and timeliness of payments.

  • Actively participate in financial year-end processes and other duties as required.

  • Provide payroll support, including onboarding, weekly paycheck data entry, and organizational maintenance.

  • Other special projects as requested by the Controller or the Director of Finance.
